What to do If I Want to return or exchange an item Purchased from Faconn?

Ques: Where you have to contact?

Answer: You can contact us either at sayhi@52.66.106.172 or +91-9999899504 with your order number.

Ques: After how many days you can request to return or exchange your product?

Answer: You have to contact us within the time span of five days from its delivery.

Ques: In what conditions return or exchange will not be accepted?

Answer: Returns will not be accepted under the following circumstances:

  • Product is used or damaged
  • If the request is lodged after 5 days
  • Product is not in its original condition
  • MRP, Serial Number, Barcode, or any other important information erased/changed from the product.

Ques: What all you have to mail us?

Answer: You have to mail at sayhi@52.66.106.172 along with the request to return or exchange, provide us with the invoice and an image of the product.

Ques: How to send back the product to Faconn?

Answer:  As we do not have a reverse pickup facility yet, you are requested to ship the product(s) back to us. Please pack the items securely as damaged products will not be entertained.

Ques: At what time you can call us?

Answer: We will answer your queries from 11AM to 6PM.
